Ashleigh Renée
Ashleigh Renée is a queer, neurodivergent elder, writer, and storyteller living in Washington’s Lower Snoqualmie Valley, on the ancestral lands of the sdukʷalbixʷ—the Snoqualmie People. She writes queer stories of love, loss, resilience, and belonging—where found families flourish, forgotten voices are heard, and those who have been cast aside reclaim their place in the world. Her work spans historical fiction, mysteries, romance, and speculative fiction, exploring the lives we inherit, the relationships we choose, and the secrets that connect generations. Her projects include the Roots & Echoes saga and the Eld Island Mysteries. Whether following families across generations or uncovering secrets on a fictional Puget Sound island, she places human relationships at the heart of her storytelling. Different lives. Shared humanity. Stories worth telling. Different times ~ same human hearts.
